Argyrodendron actinophyllum is a large rainforest tree. It is native to eastern Australia, where it is known as Black Booyong. The heartwood is coloured pink-brown. The most distinctive feature of Argyrodendron actinophyllum is that the trunks form large characteristic buttresses.
